Culinary Skills Survival Course for 17-19 year olds

Learn how to cook the basics before heading off to Uni, with qualified Food Technologist & Food Technology Teacher, Julie Bonn. This course is designed to support cooks with varying levels of experience from complete beginners to those revisiting cooking for the first time in a while.

Refreshments will be provided on arrival and throughout the day. You will create your own lunch and take home some tasty dishes at the end of each day.

Day 1 - Bread, Pizza & Lasagne

Day 2 - Chicken Escalope, Curry & Fajitas

Day 3 - Sunday Roast, Ultimate Omelette & Crepes

£150 / day or £425 for all 3 days.
