Our festivities kicked off with our Christmas feasts for Years 5-8. The children showcased their creativity by creating fabulous Christmas hats and masks. It was fun to see all the wonderful creations being worn; they look even more amazing on than off!
The dining room team had gone to town with the decorations and lights and the catering team cooked up a scrumptious Christmas 'dinner' complete with pigs in blankets, roast potatoes, al dente vegetables and lashings of gravy.
Later on in the week, Nursery to Year 4 enjoyed a Christmas lunch as well as some Christmas entertainment - magicians, discos and the chance to meet Father Christmas.
"The feast was absolutely delicious."
Year 6 pupil
Mr and Mrs Barker created the night's entertainment - pass the parcel and Christmas heads and tails, whilst members of teaching staff and catering staff served and cleared.
The Juniors and Pre-Prep children enjoyed their Christmas lunch followed by an afternoon of entertainment - magicians, discos and Father Christmas! The boarders also boogied at their Christmas disco.
And not forgetting the festive door competition in the Prep School!
Well done to 5RAL for their moon-lit Father Christmas snowy rooftop scene and and 7CBA for 'Fleece Navidad'!
