“This was a brilliant way to start the term,” commented one parent looking decidedly like a rainbow!
We couldn’t agree more – the Westbourne House School colour run was so much fun, filled with squeals of “Get me more” from the children and filled with raucous laughter. The multi-coloured festivities were topped and tailed with everyone catching up with old friends and meeting new families over picnics, ice creams and hot chocolates!
Mrs Barker Head of our Charity Committee said: "Thank you to everyone who supported the Colour Run - the happiest cross county event! Lots of smiling faces not least from the colour throwers who showed no mercy! Once again the WHS community has come together to have fun and raise much-needed funds for our charities.”
“I know that Surfers Against Sewage, Thembalitsha and our Westbourne House Bursary Fund will be so very grateful. Thank you.”
Thank you so much to Mrs Barker and our brilliant school charity committee for such a colourful event.
