Gratitude at harvest time

🎵 “Share what you have with people you love and life gets better
Give what you’ve got to people who’ve not and life gets better
Be thoughtful and grateful and thank your lucky stars for all the food that we eat
And this planet that is ours." 🎵

All our pupils, from Nursery to Year 8, gave thanks for food, the harvest and nature in our Harvest Festival Services.

Our Nursery and Reception - Year 4 classes sang harvest songs proudly and led prayers. The Year 5-8 service was led by Father Andrew Wadsworth and featured the Year 5 choir performing The Lord of Harvest.

Mrs Barker, Head of our Charity Committee, said: “Thank you to our parents and pupils who donated so generously to the charities we are supporting: UKHarvest and Stonepillow. The donations were delivered and will make a huge difference to homeless and vulnerable people in Chichester.”

“What we are celebrating today is the spirit of togetherness, of sharing and thinking about people less fortunate. Thank you for your generous donations."

Mrs Oglethorpe, Head of Pre-Prep
