What a show! We were transported to a jungle full of animals to follow Mowgli's story, as told by the Year 3s.

Mrs Cousens, Year 3 teacher, said: "We are super proud of the children and the cohesion and teamwork they've shown. They've worked hard. Every child had a speaking part and lots of lines to learn, plus there are many songs and dances with choreography. They've done brilliantly."
The Year 3 children have been working on their characterisation, projection and self-confidence in drama lessons and they've really enjoyed learning the dances and songs. The show was only possible thanks to the whole Year 3 team - Mrs Cousens, Mrs Pitman, Mrs Summerhays and Mrs Champion-Luff; Mr Dichmont, Mrs Baxendale, the team of parent hair stylists and fabulous face painters.
"The children were so proud of each other. You could see the pleasure on their faces as the tiger made its way around the stage. They were buzzing."
