Excitement as the bulbs planted by Reception children in December start to sprout!
Our four and five year olds were excited to come back this term to see their plants growing. The first to appear have been blue group's muscari bulbs (which will grow spikes of dense, blue flowers) . The red and yellow groups are still keenly awaiting their red and yellow tulips!
Reception children often do activities in their colour groups, each colour group representing a mixture of children from the two Reception classes. It is a lovely way to make even more good friends.
The children also planted bulbs outside in the grassy bank beside Pre-Prep. We can't wait for spring to see what springs!
