We are putting our hands up and pledging to put an end to bullying.
All Prep School pupils watched the fantastic The Big Anti-Bullying Assembly 2020 by the charity Diana Award.
Afterwards pupils were clear on the difference between unkindness and bullying, as explained by Millie, in Year 5: “Bullying behaviour can be the same as unkindness but the behaviour is repeated over and over. Bullying makes you feel uncomfortable, unsafe and unhappy.”
“We discussed who we would talk to if we were bullied. I felt really sorry for the people in the film who spoke up about their experiences. I like the idea that we can stand up to bullies.”
