Every human looks different and so it is no surprise that everyone’s brain works in different ways.
The education system is the same for each child and our job, as a school, is to ensure that each child’s learning is tailored to their brain and their needs.
Our IN coffee morning was a brief overview of how we support the learning of all pupils regardless of a specific neurodiversity. Two parents then spoke of their experiences; using ICT to support learning and accessing EHCP (Education, Health and Care plan funding). Parents were able to share their experiences of a neurodiverse child with each other and staff as well as talk about future plans.
