A huge thank you to all the grandparents and special friends who visited our pupils in the Pre-Prep. They made Christmas wreaths out of cut-out hands, played board games, sewed stars and stitched snowmen and had a wonderful festive time.
It was a lovely way to celebrate some of the most important people in our lives and the children glowed with pride.
One pupil said: "I liked doing the sewing with my grandad - I think it might have been his first time!"
Another pupil added: "My best bit was playing noughts and crosses with Granny. "
Year 1 Pre-Prep teacher Mrs Rich said: "There were so many magical moments during the afternoon. The children loved having their grandparents here and there was granny and grandad-sharing too. It made my week."
