Our annual, hotly-contested, Inter-Patrol Geography Competition brought noise and excitement to the Millennium Hall!
This year, for the first time, our teachers were able to join in the Kahoot quiz and compete for their patrols – Otters, Panthers, Tigers and Owls. Each patrol team had 20 pupils - four Year 3&4s, four Year 5&6s, four Year7&8s and four teachers.
The teams had to answer questions on capitals, flags, countries, rivers, mountain ranges and cities as well as general, geographical knowledge.
“The Kahoot is always very noisy, competitive and full of drama. And it’s another fun way for the pupils to reinforce what they have learnt in geography and discover new facts and figures they didn’t know,” said Geography teacher, Mr James.
